One of the missions of the church is to spread the "Good News". We do this in various ways: by providing a place for people to come and fellowship, by reaching out to the local community, by helping those in need, and by caring for all who come and share in worship services.

All of the ways to spread the "Good News" described above are ACTION oriented ! They all require some thought, effort, and commitment. The Southside Blvd. United Methodist Church has a long history of serving the Nampa community and of being an example of Christ's admonition to Peter to, "Feed my sheep" ! As long as we keep our focus on Christ, his message and example, we will continue to be a Beacon of Light in this community.
